​Course Logistics

• Ph8 b and c are offered winter and spring quarter
• Each term is worth 3 units, P/F only. Taking both terms fulfills the 6-unit lab credit
• All majors are welcome and encouraged, especially if you're unsure about your major
• There will be an organization meeting in the first week of class to schedule lecture and Help Lab times

Weekly Schedule

Each week there will be:

• One ~30 minute lecture to review the concepts and apparatus for the week's experiment
• One 3 hour Help Lab during which a TA will be available to answer questions and assist troubleshooting
• One lab report to summarize the relevant theory,  apparatus construction, and experimental results
